ABOUT ME

Welcome this is Jarret Brooks, A wellness coach with 20 plus years of experience in physiotherapy medical care, and mental health coaching. I lived everyday with chronic fatigue and pain from a decade old sports concussion as a semi professional martial artist. After this unfortunate injury I began practicing yoga which I believe saved me from a life of permanently debilitating pain and fatigue. Along my healing journey, I found valuable life changing skills to relieve stress, pain and fatigue. I grew up with a competitive athletic background in sports . I learned the key principles for strength, recovery, nutrition and peak performance. After working 10 years in the public hospital system in physiotherapy. I realized key components were missing in the treatment of many chronic pain and fatigue conditions. I further expanded my skill set and studied integrated mindfulness at Royal Roads University. Then finished my Mindfulness MBSR facilitator training with Loren Woods at the Mindfulness Institute in Toronto. My practice now focuses on health coaching with a specialty lens of working with Mindfulness for burnout, fatigue, and stress reduction.
